Marc Hodroff

Marc is the Treasurer for ADios Ministries.  Marc and his wife and two children live in Portland, Maine. He is a urologist at Fore River Urology in Portland. In 2010 he traveled with Mexican Medical Ministries to Chiapas Mexico for a surgical mission trip and has recently served on ADios missions trips in 2011 and 2012. He is originally from Minneapolis, MN and moved to Portland in 2004. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with friends, hiking and road cycling.

Ron Lydick

Ron and his wife Cyndi have three sons and live in Falmouth.  Ron and his family have been on mission trips with ADios since 2005. Over recent years, Ron has been a key leader of many of our most challenging on-site construction projects. Ron has served his community coaching youth sports teams and providing leadership to several boards and committees.  Ron and Cyndi enjoy spending time together with their family.

Pete Atherton

Pete is the Vice President and Projects Director for ADios Ministries.  Pete has served in the area of short-term missions in both Guatemala and Nicaragua. Over the past 10 years, Pete’s primary focus has been in co-leading Missions Teams to Nicaragua and developing education and community development programs. He is a former professional engineer who now works with businesses to grow and prosper through the practice of effective corporate social impact. Pete also serves on the Board of Directors for Friends-of-CICRIN, an orphanage and elementary school in Nicaragua, and recently relocated from Portland, Maine to Knoxville, Tennessee. In his spare time he enjoys just relaxing with his friends and family and cheering for Boston sports teams (his former home town).

Katee Chamberlain

Katee is the Secretary for ADios Ministries. Katee lives with her husband husband Chris in Westbrook, Maine. Originally from Massachusetts, Katee is a registered nurse practicing in Portland, Maine. Katee has previously ministered with ADios teams in Nicaragua, and attends The Rock Church in Scarborough, Maine where she co-leads short-term missions trips with Chris to Nicaragua and serves the Church’s Missions Committee.

Tony Farides

Tony lives with his family in Windham, Maine and works as a manager for Federal Express. His career with FedEx spans over 30 years. He attends EastPoint Christian Church and has served in short-term missions in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Nicaragua for the past 20 years. Tony is an accomplished singer and enjoys being part of a worship team. When Tony isn’t spending time with his family you will most likely find him in his boat reeling in some trophy size fish.

Joe Guidi

Joe is a business development manager for Gartner  and currently lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife Jenna (who is an amazing help to ADios in updating and maintaining our website!). He has been involved with ADios Ministries since its inception and has served in short-term missions in Guatemala and Nicaragua. His passion is Project Jubilee, a tutoring program to help educate children.  Joe loves to stay active and once ran the Boston Marathon…he’s still recovering.

Ralph Merrill

Ralph is President and Founder of ADios Ministries and resides with his family in Portland, Maine. He is co-owner of Coastal Insurance Group and attends Eastpoint Christian Church. He has been leading and/or co-leading in short-term missions for more than 25 years in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. In his spare time (what’s that?) he enjoys cycling, fishing, golf and just relaxing with friends.
